After being gone for a couple of weeks; let's call it hybernating; I'm back and I'll try to update more often!
In this post I'd like to say goodbye to wintercoats, my uncharming walking shoes, my dubble-padded pants, those extra layers, the dry skin, the static hair, goosepimpels…I say goosebye!
Hello to not having to moisturize every single freakin’ second, wearing my beautiful pumps again, walking around with cascading, (relatively) shiny hair instead of horizontal static hair that make me look worse than Einstein on a bad hairday. Woohoo Spring is here!

In case you haven't notice I'm a bit of a fashion-lover; not in the extreme(I do have a life), but I like looking like a lady.
Seeing beautiful clothes gives me a warm feeling inside... (is that superficial?well it is, but I'm sure even Gandhi checked his slippers before he left the house).
I describe my own style as mostly feminine, I'm not afraid of high heels or a bit of red lipstick, but let's make one thing clear: I'm not a fashion victim; if the shoe doesn't fit, don't buy it! I wouldn't buy a shoes/ or a dress just because it looks good in my closet (who am I kiddin', I would... Aaaah to look at my shoe closet, organized by color light to dark, and have heels and flip flops in every color of the rainbow... I'm sure I'll find an occasion to wear it...)
Yesterday I found a site online where you can create your own outfit and see it all together, it also tells you where to buy those items. This is perfect for me (a freak that lays out her outfits for the week in advance, not because I'm that organized, but mostly because I'm looking for ways to keep laying in bed until the moment that I really really have to get up for work; I've already shortened my morning routine to 20 min.(clothes, purse and jewelry is laid out in advance, breakfast table is set the night before; shower, make-up and hair, breakfast). This morning however I kind of overslept, leaving me with only 10 min to get ready and I did it!

Christmas 2011
It's been a long time since I've posted anything; it's been a busy couple of weeks...
How was your Christmas?Mine was spent with my family and my new niece (3.5 months and we're all in loove with her!) who was the life of the party and the center of the attention of course.
To let you in on my Christmas; here are a couple of details and a belated Merry Christmas to everyone!

Cold noses, heaters on, an almost uncontrolable craving for soup, knitware everywere, christmas lights at my neighbours house; there’s no denying;winter is knocking around the corner.
Although I’m mostly a summer person (sun, warmth, sea and cold refreshing fruit…) there are some things I like about the winter, and even look forward to: Curling up by the fireplace (of which I have several in my imaginary house), drinking a cup of tea with a friend (no coco; for some reason I always burn my tong on coco), watching an old movie indoors(why go outside, when you don’t need to?), standing by my window when it’s raining and gloating over being dry and and using my winter scarves to spice up my wardrobe!

This week, Versace's collection for H&M went live.
It was sold out within a couple of days,
the online shop within hours(!).
This collection was much awaited by many;
people camped in front of the stores,
other got hospitalized because they were tramped when the doors finally opened.
I was behind my computer at work...
Although I loved the collection, I'm not one of those people who sacrifice for fashion.
Who would voluntarily camp outside in winter for a pair of socks?
